Terms and Conditions for Financial Coaching Services

1. Appointment Scheduling
Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance through the designated booking system or by direct communication with the coach. Confirmation of the appointment will be provided upon successful booking.

2. Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; after that, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show at the coach’s discretion.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.

4. Emergency Cancellations
In cases of emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at the sole discretion of the coach. Clients should notify the coach as soon as possible in such instances.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All session fees must be paid in advance or at the time of service, as agreed upon during booking.

I do not offer refunds, as I am a fee-for-service business

6. Coaching Commitment
Financial coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are expected to actively participate, complete any assigned tasks, and communicate any concerns promptly to ensure the best outcomes.

7. Confidentiality
All client information and discussions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
